Precautions for wire and cable storage
Note the following points when saving wire and cable:
1. The insulation and protective layer of cables are mostly rubber or plastic products, so they should be placed indoors, kept cool, dry and ventilated, and avoided in the open.
2. General cable products are strictly prohibited from contact with acid, alkali and mineral oil substances, and the existence of substances that damage insulation or protective layer and corrosive gases should be prevented in the warehouse.
3. For a long time, roll the cable tray once for about three months to avoid moisture and rot at the bottom of the tray caused by long-term storage.
4. Check the head and tail of the product frequently when storing, and ensure that the end of the product is sealed. The head of the remaining product should be sealed after each use of the product.
